My girlfriend needs a Starbucks tumbler, she drinks coffee every day.
My favorite memory is my special education students making nicknames for me and bonding with me. They are the sweetest, most giving students and I would love to use the Target gift card to give back to them. Their graduation is next Thursday, and it’s going to be so hard to say goodbye 😢
My favorite memory is setting up a mock pizza place and having the students “order” in Spanish, it was so fun to engage them and they got a pizza party out of learning!
I love being a teacher because it allows me to connect with my students and be their mentor. I love being able to help them build foundations skills that they will remember for the rest of their lives.
I love teaching because it gives me a chance to help little people grow. Not just helping them educationally, but helping find their voice, their passion, likes/dislikes, etc. Then years later, seeing them flourish into amazing teenagers and hopefully one day outstanding citizens.
A fond memory that I have was during my first year teaching. My students (with the help of their parents and my coworkers) threw me a baby shower when I was pregnant with my first child. I will never forget the outpour of love they had for me and I have for them. They will forever hold a special place in my heart!
I’ve enjoyed teaching special education intensive need students as a paraprofessional educator / sped student aid for 15 years . They are truly a blessing 🤩
I love teaching because everyday is different with new challenges to help the children. I have the opportunity to connect with the children on a personal level, creating a supportive and engaging learning. Knowing that I making a positive impact on the lives of my students and their family is why I love teaching.
Teaching and Library … this last month: book fair, lunch clubs, reading contests, student help keep our library as one of the top or the one on top in circulation. 26th year educator’ and feels like 10! Career i and helped plan career day for last week Warrior proud!
I love teaching because, as a child of immigrants, my teachers helped me understand American culture and gave me the confidence to help my own family learn this new culture. Their impact inspired me to become a teacher and give back in the same way. Now, I teach English to Spanish speakers and Spanish to English speakers, helping students bridge both languages and cultures. It’s a privilege to guide them as they grow in their skills, identity, and connection to the world around them.
I love homeschooling because I get to be with my beautiful babies everyday learning about anything we choose & my kids can excel at the things they do best! I wouldn’t trade it for the world! ❤️
