The eye drops meant for dry eyes (rewetting/ lubricating) are great at revamping a dried mascara. Just put a drop or two and mix it around with the wand. Be careful not to “pump” the mascara wand in and out as this incorporates air which makes it dry out. I’ve always gotten mine through Amazon and haven’t had the dry problem.
