I have honestly Never had an issue w this specific green Princess mascara when I’ve bought it from Ulta.
I have never bought the multi packs which cld be the issue maybe not always freely offered idk.
It’s actually been one of my favorites for years! I haven’t gotten one tube that wasn’t how it should be. it’s too bad you got a bunk package !
Don’t count it as a bad product though just because your package wasn’t fresh for it /that actual mascara is really Really good! Lengthens so well and makes so long and clean w out clumps!
The brand itself I have tried many of the mascaras and could compare them to being almost just as good as the brands like Better than sex and other ridiculously expensive ones if not better in some ways.
The purple tube called 18hr volume stylist also works really well but I swear by the one in this ad! you should really give it another chance maybe just getting he single tube at the store. you can even open one to make sure it isn’t dry before buying!!

I didn’t read the reviews for this before purchasing, since I got swept up in the hype. But, I recommend that you do, as many of the reviews stated that the mascara was completely dried out and crumbly. Can confirm. I bought a 2 pack recently, only to have to return them because they were unusable, even though they came sealed and were not expired.

yeah like I mentioned above it seems like the multi packs are mainly the ones w the issue so I wonder if they have been sitting around a while in not the best temp to keep them fresh. maybe we’re frozen or something !? 🤔. I’ve bought this one as a single mascara out of the set up at the store for years. it really is too bad you have had that experience but maybe it just isn’t the one for you then and it was a sign! lol .
