Hi! I couldn’t find any info on expiration date unfortunately. I only found this: “500 free E-Tickets offer is a one-time offer only valid with first time registration”
If you sign up with Apple ID in the app, apple will use some random email as it does to hide your identity but then Chuck E. Cheese won’t be able to send an email to you which will mean no confirming your email and no getting the rewards….which is very disappointing.
