T-Mobile Data Breach Settlement will grant some benefits to the Settlement Class Members. Settlement Class Members include approximately 76 million U.S. residents identified by T-Mobile whose information was compromised in the T-Mobile Data Breach. If you’re unsure whether you are one of the members, you should click the request button to get a member ID. After you confirm you’re one of the members, you will need to submit a claim in order to receive reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses or lost time under the settlement. You can do that by clicking on ”Submit a Claim” here or checking your email for confirmation and extra details on how to file a claim form. Note that the Final Approval Hearing Date was January 20th, 2023.
The deadline to file a claim is tomorrow, January 23rd, 2023. You can do it online or you can mail a completed print claim form to:

As an alternative to making a claim for reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses and Lost Time, you can also submit a claim for an Alternative Cash Payment of $25, or $100 if you were a resident in California on August 1, 2021. You can’t make a claim for an Alternative Cash Payment in addition to a claim for Out-of-Pocket Losses or Lost Time. Keep in mind that the amount of the Alternative Cash Payment may change depending on the number of total claims for cash payments.

My partner got a text from T-Mobile telling him he was on of the phones impacted by the breach. I’m hoping we get some sort of compensation.
Absolutely have been waiting for this!! When I think back to the numerous headaches that occurred during my breach, I’ll gladly fill out this form!!
