T-Mobile Data Breach Settlement will grant some benefits to the Settlement Class Members. Settlement Class Members include approximately 76 million U.S. residents identified by T-Mobile whose information was compromised in the T-Mobile Data Breach. If you’re unsure whether you are one of the members, you should click the request button to get a member ID. After you confirm you’re one of the members, you will need to submit a claim in order to receive reimbursement for out-of-pocket losses or lost time under the settlement. You can do that by clicking on ”Submit a Claim” here or checking your email for confirmation and extra details on how to file a claim form. Note that the Final Approval Hearing Date was January 20th, 2023.
The deadline to file a claim is tomorrow, January 23rd, 2023. You can do it online or you can mail a completed print claim form to:Â

As an alternative to making a claim for reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Losses and Lost Time, you can also submit a claim for an Alternative Cash Payment of $25, or $100 if you were a resident in California on August 1, 2021. You can’t make a claim for an Alternative Cash Payment in addition to a claim for Out-of-Pocket Losses or Lost Time. Keep in mind that the amount of the Alternative Cash Payment may change depending on the number of total claims for cash payments.
