Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Returns on August 25th (+ New Fall Menu)!

The Starbucks Fall 2026 Menu will be available starting August 25th! You can get the Pumpkin Spice Latte soon, along with the new pumpkin spice beverages and more!

Also, Starbucks ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages are returning to grocery stores, national retailers, convenience stores, and gas stations. Check out all that’s available on the Fall Menu.

Additionally, the PSL Society collection celebrates the season with new drinkware and an iconic hat made for PSL lovers everywhere.

The new Starbucks Fall 2026 menu will not only include the crowd-favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte but they will also be introducing an expanded lineup of new pumpkin spice drinks, including the new Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Chai and Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha. Also, it will feature returning pecan-flavored favorites, banana bread-inspired drinks and the new Chaider, a cozy, cider-inspired take on chai.

Starbucks Fall Menu:

• Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso – A pumpkin twist on the shaken espresso.
• Pumpkin Spice Chai – Classic chai with pumpkin spice flavors.
• Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha – Matcha meets pumpkin cream cold foam.
• Chaider – A cozy new blend of chai tea and apple cider flavors, served hot or iced.
• Iced Banana Bread Latte – Inspired by the comforting flavors of banana bread.
• Iced Banana Bread Chai – Chai with sweet banana bread flavors.
• Hedgehog Cake Pop – An adorable new seasonal sweet treat.
• Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket – A toasted flatbread with chicken, crispy bacon, and a creamy garlic herb cheese spread.
• Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin – A spiced pumpkin muffin with a sweet cream cheese filling and a sprinkling of chopped, spiced pepitas.

• 25 Stars: Free substitution of any milk, syrup, or additional espresso shot. No change.

Even Starbucks will join you in celebrating your birthday with a freebie. You can get any size drink for free or a treat with a rewards membership!

The coupon will automatically be loaded onto your account on your birthday. Simply select to redeem your birthday reward during checkout. You can order ahead from the app or in-stores.

On occasion, the rewards app will provide happy hours with two drinks for the price of one and other games that award bonus points.

Finally, my favorite way to earn stars fast! Get free 25 Stars when you bring in a clean reusable cup! And not only that – get 10¢ off the drink too. This benefit has a limit of three times per day and is per order. For example, if you bring two cups in one order, you’ll get a maximum of 25 Stars. This means you can score a free coffee (100 stars) after 4 trips.
