I did not see any with that price either in NJ. I am not sure if this is the first time. I am going to call the stores as well and see if they have a sale like that in NJ. Otherwise maybe it’s just only on the small hand sanitizers.

Maybe it does not work in NJ? All I see is some hand sanitizer which are super mini sized not any soaps at all. It is strange.
