Timberland code not working for the Graydon Sneaker Boot. I’ve tried on the desktop and phone code will not work. The pricing is different as well.

Hi Viviana! Did you make sure to choose eligible boots? The eligible ones will say so on the product page. Also, I used a desktop computer to check the code, so you can try that way too in case you used your phone.
I tried again in my computer, the website still have the code active but when I add the code at checkout it said it’s invalid 🤦🏻♀️ I even created an account thinking that may help but nope 👎🏻
That’s weird! It may be an issue with their site, I think it would be best to contact their Customer Service, they will be able to help you resolve this!
