I was so excited to receive my birthday coupon only to be completely disappointed by the fact that the very next day when I tried to use it, it had already expired! I guess it is only good for your birthday day only!âŚ.. So not cool!!âŚ.
It used to be more days. Like you had more time to redeem your birthday reward but they changed it. I looked it up online and many said the redemption period is now four days – you’ll receive your reward two days before your birthday and it expires the day after. Some said it’s only available on your birthday, like what happened on yours. I’m so sorry to hear you weren’t able to redeem it đ
