Hi Victoria! Mine is working perfectly fine, you just have to register an account first. To do that, simply locate the register button on the upper right side of their site. Once you’re logged in, you can now redo the steps listed in the post. I hope that helps!

Hi! Is your membership at least 18 months old?
It’s only supposed to be 0.01 off, that mean it excepted your promo code. You pay full amount then they email you a $45 gift card making it seem like you only paid $15.

Looks like auto-renewal is must. Does it mean I have to necessarily renew it next year or can I turn-off the auto-renewal before the renewal date?
Great question Prakash! The only requirement for the code to work is for you to enroll for auto-renewal. Although I’m not entirely sure, but in general you can always opt out of auto-renewal before the renewal date. However, you could always call in to customer service to be sure! Hope that helps!
I am a member at Costco. They gave promotions at Costco many times for auto renewal set up. I did it several times, wait for few months, and then turn it off. As long as you already received the gift card, you can wait a bit and then turn it off. They will not renew your membership until it is due in a year anyway.
