Hi! The terms state this “Ineligible purchases include new Costco memberships, Costco membership renewals, Gift of Membership, Costco Shop Cards, retail gift cards, custom installation services and Same-Day Grocery Delivery.”, so I believe it will work on contact lenses, however, I suggest reaching out to the Customer Service and they should probably be able to help you.
