Unfortunately, there is VERY little evidence backing this. Great deal, but sensitivity checks just aren’t reliable in general. As of right now, elimination diets are the best way to figure out intolerances.
They also do not mean you have a true allergy to the food! They are completely different tests. (Allergy nurse here š)
