Purchaser must provide a valid ID at Sam’s Club Membership Desk to get physical membership card. Not eligible for combination with any other offer. Not valid for redemption in Puerto Rico.”

This deal worked great! I happen to have been shopping for a mattress at the same time. With the membership deal, I was able to also buy a mattress and it turned out to be the cheapest option even after the membership fee
