It would be a new since currently doesn’t have a membership but had one in the past so do you know of that would work. It’s a new not renewal or would they consider it a renewal.
Since you already have an account, even though you don’t have a membership at the moment, that would be considered as a renewal. In order to score this deal you must be a new member.
