I’m going to try but I’m assuming they possibly ran out of cards or something? It said there was a problem fulfilling my order but I don’t know why they would even allow me to place the order in the first place
It is possible that they ran out of physical cards, but I believe they can still offer you a digital one if nothing else works.
I asked but they just said “it’s out of stock” 🙁
That’s strange. I would push a bit more, maybe ask for another representative or a manager. If it still doesn’t work, I would go to my local store and ask at the help desk. There’s almost always something they can do to fix the issue if it isn’t the customer’s fault (which in you case def isn’t).
