Just ordered! As soon as I placed my order I went to my account and had the automatic subscription paused (I’ll continue if I like it). Just make sure you do it for each thing you ordered (I did it for the package protection, to go pen and kit). It was super easy!

WARNING: There is no customer service number and no one will email you back. There is no way to cancel the subscription – and then the company starts sending you $25.00 “refills” with no way to cancel. Totally unacceptable!!

Laughland has my credit card info and yet won’t let me in my account. They will not answer emails. There is NO phone number to call to get assistance. When I click on “forgot password” – it ways no account associated with my email. I am literally blocked from all information. My credit card company is having to step in to stop this ridiculous activity of this unethical company. They have my payment info and continue to process charges without my consent. Unreal.

We reached out to Laughland about this issue and they said that customers who buy their product are asked to create their password for their account upon purchase and are sent emails reminding them to do so. You can use this link to create an account with a new password, using the email you signed up to Laughland with, and it will automatically show you your subscription, with ability to skip, pause or cancel it.
