I purchased this and now get monthly subscription charges of $27, any advice? They dont respond to emails, calls or voicemails.

They probably have a lot of emails to go through right now but they are usually very helpful. Also, sometimes emails can get lost in spam folder, so I’d suggest trying to contact them from another mail. Hope they resolve this for you soon.
If they won’t respond to your phone calls or emails call your credit card and have them stop payments. You might have to get a new credit card number.
They’re pretty good about cancelling any charges, just takes a while to respond. Took me 3 days to hear back but they sorted everything out. Works really well but I just bought 3 and couldn’t afford 3 subscriptions

I’m only saying this Bc I personally had issues. Customer service said I agreed in their fine print terms to automatically being charged since I received the first month as a promo deal. Argued with customer service thru email for months. It was a pain to say the least. But I do hope their policy has changed for everyone’s sake. 🤞💓

I didn’t realize or ead that it was recurring every month but each month after the 1st month of $10.95, I got charged $25 and ìt took 3 months until they finally canceled it. what a rip off because it does not work
