I signed up for the deal, $100, but special price would be reflected upon check out. Nope, my card was charged the $100 bucks, emailed a âcancel orderâ SIX TIMES within an hour or two. Still had them ship the stuff the next day. What a scam.

Do you happen to have a screenshot or an email confirmation of your order showing the $9.95 price? If so, I would suggest trying again until one of their customer representatives contacts you and send them your order confirmation for reference. They just probably have a lot of emails to go through right now but they are usually very helpful. Hope it gets resolved real soon!

Helen it is 9.95 but they are adding on the on the go pen which makes it around 19 to 20.Just pull down the order summary and remove the on the go pen to make it 9.95 ,well 10.95 with tax .Hope this helps.

I ordered mine.It was with tax 10.95 .You can cancel at anytime the reoccurring charge of paste .They call it a next shipment.It was 9.99 .You have to remove the add on which they add it automatically.Its a on the go pen.I just went to order summary and removed it.

Went to purchase but have to get a recurring subscription (monthly. I really wanted to try it because they said they do have a system for sensitive teeth as well. Just to hard to remember to cancel things for me. Thanks for the info though.

I’ve tried whitening kits with the gel and if you accidentally get them on your gums they BURN and I found my teeth got overly sensitive after using it for a long time. I’m curious as to the side effects for this one
