Panera Bread agreed to a 2 million dollar class action settlement to resolve claims that they have misled their customers by marking up their in-app menu prices for food by surcharging in-app delivery fees. The class period includes orders made through their app or website from October 1, 2020 to August 31, 2021. Eligible class members can receive either a cash payment of up to $12 or two vouchers for Soups and Mac Panera Bread menu items which has a value of $19 in total.
To submit a claim, simply fill out the form here on or before June 10th. No proof of purchase is required but you will be asked to provide the phone number you used to place an order during the said time frame.
