Lyons Magnus Drinks Class Action Settlement (Premier Protein and Glucerna)

Lyons Magnus has agreed to a $3.5 million class action settlement to resolve claims that it failed to disclose suspected bacterial contamination in some of its specialty drink products. In this settlement, class members can benefit and receive a cash payout with or without proof of purchase.

Under the terms of the settlement, class members who filed a claim without proof of purchase can receive a payout for the price of up to two items. And with proof, they can claim the full purchase price inclusive of all taxes.

To qualify for payment, you must submit a valid claim by February 9th. Simply head over here to file online, or if you want to file by mail you may do so.
