Lowe’s Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Lowe’s Black Friday 2025 purchase, keep in mind that Lowe’s gives you 90 days to return most “new and unused” items for a full refund. But it depends on the item you are returning, Lowe’s plant return policy gives you 365 days to return trees, shrubs, and perennial plants and you’ll need your receipt. For paint, you only have 30 days to return for a full refund. As for major appliances, they have a shorter return window, you only have 48 hours to get a full refund.
