A class action settlement has been reached with Lilly Lashes regarding their “cruelty free” labeling. Consumers who purchased Lilly Lashes products marked as “cruelty free” between June 7th, 2018, and February 28th, 2025, are eligible to receive compensation.
Importantly, no proof of purchase is required to file a claim. Eligible individuals can receive $10 per product purchased within the specified dates. To participate in the settlement, claims must be submitted by the deadline of May 15th, 2025.
