IKEA has launched its As-is online service, as part of its environmental sustainability efforts, now IKEA Family members (free to join) can reserve discontinued or clearance items online and pick them up in-store. They will hold it for 48 hours but if you don’t claim the item within the 48-hour window, the item will be put back up for sale.
Please note that As-is products are excluded from the company’s return policy and products offered by location vary.
For those who don’t know As-Is section, is where you can find a bunch of products at a reduced price, like discontinued items, products that people might have returned, floor samples, and showroom merchandise, you can find these now online.
Get 5% Discount On Eligible In-store Purchases
If you’re not an IKEA Family member, you’re missing out on discounts and freebies so join now for free. When you join the IKEA Family, you’ll also receive rewards like 5% off eligible in-store purchases.
FREE Regular Coffee Or Tea
Also, as an IKEA Family Member, you’ll be entitled to a free hot drink a coffee, or a tea every time you visit the store. Don’t skip signing up for a membership if you want to sip on a complimentary coffee or tea while shopping.
90-day Price Protection on Product Purchases
You can also enjoy price protection on product purchases. If the item you purchased goes on sale within 90 days of your purchase, bring in your receipt and IKEA will refund the price difference. Just ensure that you scan your IKEA Family card when you go through the checkout line. Doing this will activate the 90-day price protection benefit. To request a price adjustment you can request it online, or call IKEA customer service at (888) 888-4532.
