I filled out the little form to get the Pedialyte at Walmart earlier but now Iâm up there and I donât know where I couldnât find it and when I went back to re-order it because maybe it didnât work it said I had already done it so where would my information be in barcode to scan? Where does it sent to?

I have the deal, but at the self checkout when I tried to scan the barcode it didnât work. Also the self checkout didnât have a credit or debit option
