They just want to confirm u want it and theyâll ship it to u once u confirm again. Also they tell u info on their product as well before ur sure u want it sent out to u in case u change ur mind. Thatâs what the call is for. I got mine in the mail yesterday. But this was the one from when I first requested samples. Bottom line itâs real
