It’s a joke, but to request the sample the joke is “filing a complaint” as in you a done with crappy razors and this your little lawsuit people make, it’s a poor lawsuit joke. Once you “file complaint” sign up for free sample they reward you with your free razors but it’s actually not technically free cause shipping and handling. I do appreciate the offer. But I can only do absolutely free free no shipping samples, unfortunately.
