Just go over here and fill out the application. After that, each month a new coupon will appear in your email or online account. Then, all you need to do is to head over to your nearest Hallmark Gold Crown Store, show them the coupon, either on your mobile phone or the print-out version of it, and pick up your free card (valued up to $2.99).
