Hi Alexandra! I’m really not sure what happened. I see on your receipt that the second coupon didn’t went through for your purchase and you didn’t get the Wags cash neither. Seems to me like they didn’t scan the second coupon. In this case you should always speak with the store manager, if you can’t resolve the issue with the cashier. I’m sure they’ll help you out. It looks like you got the wrong item (toothbrush) they should have both cost 3.99 each and you are missing a coupon because of that also. Coupon would be $2 off the toothbrush then you would have also received a $4 Walgreens cash you could use later making these items free.
You will get the couponing itâs trial and error when they break it down for you follow the instructions to a T. You can do this.
