There’s no 40% off for me but it’s now $11.98 on Amazon with a $25% off coupon for the first subscribe and save. So, if you’ve already done the free bag, you can still get 40 pounds of litter for $8.99 which isn’t bad. The price drop looked like it was on Chewy and Wal-Mart, too, but I didn’t check to see if it had the subscribe and save discount. IDK if it makes any difference, but I’m in the Southwest and that could be why the deal is different.
