Did you make sure to follow all the steps? After you enter your zip code, you will be redirected to a mobile web page at mybeerrebate.com/#/AB-6523 you mentioned, then you need to follow the online instructions and provide your date of birth, first and last name, email address and mailing address after which you will be asked to upload a photo of the UPC and receipt of your qualified beer purchase. Hope this explains it!

Hi Cindy! The only information I can find in their Term & Conditions is ’18-pack or larger, up to $25′. It does not mention whether it is bottles, cans, or both.
