When I used Chrome, it tried to charge $5 for shipping. Switched to Microsoft Edge and it went through with free shipping.

hi there i had the same issue with trying to charge $5 shipping .so I accessed the site with an incognito browser and it was free not sure why but give it a try I just ordered mine.
Five dollars for shipping shipping was not free
Make sure to refresh a few times, it showed $5 shipping for me too initially.
I refreshed 17 times still charred $5 for shipping

I wouldn’t order from this company for the fact that they are employing FALSE advertising. It says: free shipping and then proceeds to charge a $5 shipping free. So what else are they lying about then? Pass.
I’m not sure why it asked you for a shipping fee. Did you order from them before?

Hey Clare! One other person reported the same problem, although I don’t know why. Because it’s literally advertised on their official website. I’d suggest contacting their customer service, they should be able to explain why this happened.

I emailed the company about the five dollar shipping, they emailed me back promptly. They asked me for my information, and they are going to send me one now for free!
