Visit LEGO where on April 20th or April 21st, your little one can join a free workshop event called “Celebrate Your Star Power“. The workshop is open to kids ages 6-12 and children will learn how to use LEGO bricks to create a picture frame that they can take home afterwards.
In order to be part of this event, all participants need to sign up beforehand due to space limitation. Just head over here, scroll down, then click on “Celebrate Your Star Power” and sign up. Have in mind that you need to register a spot for each kiddo that you plan to bring. Also, parents must accompany their children and stay the entire duration of the workshop.
If you cannot make it to the store, the photo frame project is also available online. Dancer Dianne Buswell is going to be the host and she will demonstrate to viewers how to build a photo frame, name sign, and jewelry stand. Don’t miss it, sign up for the free LEGO workshop here! Hi there! It’s exciting right!? Here’s all the info I’ve gathered for the event: To join, just head to the participating stores on August 2-3 between 10am to 12pm local time (may vary). No reservations or tickets are required, so it’s a first-come, first-served deal. Once you arrived at the store, you’ll receive a kit with the pieces you need to create your own mini version of Mrs. Castillo’s Turtle Van.
As for the number of people allowed per day, it varies depending on the store’s size. Most stores, however, will be able to accommodate a few hundred participants. Please keep in mind that only one model can be given per person. So, make sure to get there early to secure your spot! Hope this helps!
