Wow I signed up but found it takes forever to get one gift card and surveys are really lousy
This isn’t super easy! I signed up and got an “error” message saying they didn’t want me for their opinion polls. I guess people fitting my demographics don’t count…
I had been a member for about a month, cashed out $25 once and had recently rebuilt the balance to around $15 when I was unexpectedly unable to log into my account and received a message that my membership was cancelled and to contact customer support. I did that over a week ago and have received two identical AI/bot responses telling me the problem has been expedited and is being looked into. Thanks for your patience and understanding. After reading consumer reviews and checking better business posts, there are a lot of the same comments from other members. It works until it doesn’t – with no explanation and unredeemed balances disappear.

Pls beware! I know several ppl who had same problems described by previous commenters here. There r other legit better survey companies. Penny Hoarder suggests some that r highly rated.

I did. I got to almost $50 in gift cards and they randomly suspended my account for no reason. I prefer Swagbucks or freecash. I’ve been in contact with them. They have not given me a valid reason, and they allowed me to continue my account but per their rules once the points are gone, they are gone. I worked days getting to the $50.

Swagbucks is better. Freecash as well. I used Swagbucks for 5 years, and never an issue. I get close to $50 on lifepoints and they banned me, I reached out and I didn’t do anything wrong, but per rules I can’t get those points back. There is a Reddit thread to many users like myself. So sure if you hit the smallest amount and cash you might get it, but I wouldn’t stack your money on it. That’s my advice.
Surprised this is the one they are promoting on here. I’d go looking on Reddit threads about survey sites.

I did this twice now and have received two identical AI/bot responses “we have escalated your issue and the team is researching the problem. We will reach out and contact you as soon as we have an answer. Thanks for your patience and understanding.” It’s been awhile and I don’t expect to receive a helpful response or a reason. If you read online reviews and the better business bureau concerns and comments regarding life points there is a lot of the same. Lesson learned… don’t build balances. It was good until it wasn’t.
