I did this for over a week and tried to cash in my points for a gift card. A few days after I try to cash in my points, they block me from filling out surveys and give me all my points back that I can’t redeem for a reward anymore because they locked my account for whatever reason they seem fit. So I’m just letting ppl know, if you actually fill out the surveys (like I did) and try to cash in for a reward, Lifepoints might try to close your account. I emailed their help desk and I’ve been waiting for an answer. Will update when I hear back.

They replied back this morning and said the audited my account and found that I violated something in their rules. They didn’t tell me what so I replied about how I didn’t think that was right because I don’t remember personally trying to break a “rule.” And then I proceeded to tell them how glitchy their app was because I think that might’ve been the reason that caused some type “rule-breaking” that occurred. So in conclusion, the app is really glitchy at times and when you go to cash your points in, they will audit you before they pay it out. So use this app at your own discretion, it seems like they are picking some people to rip off.

They did the exact thing to me. You will also get a random survey asking you to do a beverage log and the company that does that survey and study is ALSO the company that owns lifepoints fyi. I have them blocked and deleted on my email.
Swagbucks and freecash is much better. And I’ve legitimately have redeemed over $20 in gift cards from. And still continue to use sparingly.

Lifepoints they are scammers you do the surveys and you don’t get anything in return but lifepoints already has your replies to the survey so it a win for them and screw everyone else!
