Through November 16th, you can qualify to claim up to $5 without proof or up to $10 with documentation from the CVS digital privacy class action settlement if you accessed the CVS Digital Properties in the United States prior to July 27th, 2026. Submit a claim here!
To qualify for up to $10 U.S. Dollars cash payment you must provide proof of membership in the Settlement Class with your claim submission. Examples of reasonable documentation to show proof of membership in the Settlement Class include your browser search history, screenshots showing dates, and/or email receipts of online purchases demonstrating your access of a CVS Digital Property.
If you are unable to provide documentation to show proof of membership, you may claim a one-time cash payment of up to $5 U.S. Dollars.
Do note that the proposed settlement still needs final approval. The hearing is scheduled for December 1st, 2026, and no fixed payment date has been announced. You can use the official no-login claim form below to file. There is one claim per household allowed.
