I am sorry it happened. I am usually able to solve this problem by contacting customer service and sending them pictures of receipt and product with barcode showing. If the product is correct, they should honor the offer and give you money back. It is also helpful to make a screenshot of the kicks if you scanned the item in store, so you can show them that the item is correct.
I’ve had them reject something before but if you send the screenshot of the offer like in your 2nd pic, they should do it manually. I always do a screenshot of my offers just in case. Did you buy the correct size soap?

I am just asking in what way there is a bug? You can’t submit receipt? Or too long to process? I usually submit a receipt and then have to wait several days to get approved, very very rarely they give me kicks within few hours on the same day. I am just curious because I never had a problem submitting receipts with them, and if you had an experience with an error on the app, it is good to know what happened and how to solve it.
