Not against their policy: it says max of 2 identical coupons, so they were supposed to take both (which they did)
It is really tricky language. It says maximum 1 coupon per purchase on product specified and 2 identical coupons per shopping trip, which means usually you can use 1 coupon per product, but if you bought let say 5 of them in one receipt, then you can use only 2 of the same coupons on the whole shopping trip. I have never seen that it is legit to use 2 manufacturer coupons on the same item, but you used 2 different coupons, so š¤·š»āāļøI still think it is wrong, but I really am not an expert in this. If they approved your submission, then it becomes their problem if something is wrong because they have the actual process of approval to go through. I was just curious if it worked š I know that if you try using 2 paper coupons on one item in store, even if they are of different value, it will not work.
