Pickup two Revlon Kiss Balm for $2.19 each for ($4.38) since there is a two item limit
Get $6 rebate
=both products free plus $1.62 money maker

Snickers (back for the third time):
Save Ibotta coupon for $1 back on mini snickers. There is a 5 item limit and good on size.
Get the smallest package (of 6 minis) at Walmart for .98 cents each. All snickers will be free and and a .10 cent money maker.
