I would not submit any receipt to Shopkick on the last day of the deal anymore. I did it with Kind frozen desert and waited more than 5 days to get rejected kicks saying that I reached the limit and went over it. Submitted a ticket, so will see what happens. Usually they give it manually, but it is annoying to go through this process on almost all submissions. I don’t know if my account is flagged somehow, though I barely use it and follow all the rules, but basically all my receipts are taking a long time to process. And, it is glitchy lately, especially when redeeming kicks, giving error message all the time.
The same thing happened to me. I had two receipts that took 4-5 days to process and they said the limit was reached, but I opened up a ticket saying that by the time they processed my receipt the limit was reached, but when I submitted it, it was available to me to redeem. They always credit back the original kicks. You just have to put up a stink about it.
I find that when you submit a receipt, do them separately for each Shopkick offer. I find that they have processed those the same day usually.
Yes, I noticed that too. When I submitted first time for Kind, I did them on separate receipt. But sometimes even doing that doesn’t help like in case with Costco, CVS, Whole Foods. Walmart and occasionally Target is processed fast most of the time.
