PENNY DEALS! 💰 I wasnāt going to make a post on this since my Dollar General never has any deals, but I stopped in today and actually found penny items! Iāve seen so many other posts on this lately and tbh, had a little FOMO. Hereās what I found at my trip:
LSU shirt – 1Ā¢
Cafe Bustelo Espresso – 1Ā¢ each
The espresso was an accidental find. I went in to grab just one container and the cashier told me it rang up for a penny! I ran back and cleared the shelf after (itās my favorite 😅). I heard the workers asking to adjust the price to retail while I had the rest in my cart, but the manager told them āAs long as the customer has it in their cart, we have to honor the price that has rung up. Itās our fault that we didnāt pull them from the shelves before.ā Iām not sure if itās the same price at other locations, but itās an amazing glitch I happened to run across! 😍
