Maybe it is for something you bought or earned before, but didn’t print, and it printed now? Like when you earn beauty bucks, and they appear on your account, but can be printed later after your in store purchase. Or, you got this extra buck on Saturday evening, when they post new CRTs for the following week, kind of like just for you surprise. They give them randomly, like Free beauty item CRT, or free candy, and sometimes extra bucks. I got them several times, but long ago.
It should say on the paper version, at the bottom. The one on the app is the same one. It just gives you the option of making it digital. 🤓
