    Chicco Kidfit Booster Seat

If you bought a Chicco “Kidfit” Booster Seat for your child between April 22nd 2015, and December 31st, 2021, you may be eligible for a class action settlement. Chicco was sued for falsely claiming that their booster seats were safe for children weighing as little as 30 pounds when they were only safe for those weighing 40 pounds or more.

How Do I Qualify and How Much Will I Get Paid?

You could receive $25 to $50 per claim. If you bought a Chicco “Kidfit” Car Seat between April 22nd, 2015, and December 21st, 2021 and your booster seat must be one of the following models:

    • Chicco Kidfit
    • Chicco Kidfit Zip
    • Chicco Kidfit Zip Air
    • Kidfit Luxe
    • Kidfit Plus
    • Kidfit Air Plus

Do I Need Proof of Purchase?

Not necessarily. If you don’t have proof of purchase, simply provide two of the following four attestations when filing your claim form:

    • The serial number for the Chicco Booster Seat
    • The model for the product purchased and the color of the booster seat
    • Purchase information such as the name of the retailer where it was purchased, month, or season, and year of purchase.
