My issue is after I received the barcode numbers to enter into AMC’s app to pick/choose my seats, I got an error code which said “the code is not editable in my state”, I live in Illinois.
Hey Lavinia, have you tried contacting their customer service? They should be able to help.
For the people having issues: I purchased tickets, went to the email & clicked “ access your order” it’s going to have you sign up for an account. Once you do you’ll see the tickets. It’ll say “redeem now” and boom that’s where they will be. Hope this helps!

why is there no sell on the regular movie theater website? Also it didn’t show what movies or when to go
Hi Ashley! This is an exclusive offer by the AMC Theaters, that’s why it’s not advertised on their website.
And it doesn’t mention what movies because this applies to the type of ticket you choose to buy, and all of them apply to any movie you choose. There are additional regulations, of course, and you can find them in their FAQ section. Hope this explains it.
