It says you have to pay a separate fee of $19.88 for shipping on top of this fee. Is that right?
That’s right. This is what their website says: “Shipping is not included; Service, shipping, and delivery charges, as applicable, are not included and start at $11.99.”
I would choose the voucher with 3 $25 because the lowest bouquet is 29 plus what you pay for Groupon it comes out to 13 for 3 dollars and a few cents more you can get a better bouquet ❤️ 75 dollars worth of it
