To celebrate Veterans Day today, November 11th, many restaurants and stores are offering free meals and amazing discounts. This includes veterans, military service members, and their spouses as a thank-you for their service. Score numerous deals – from free meals at select restaurants to free haircuts and retail discounts. See below for the deals and places you can visit to snag these freebies.

Also, note that proof of military service may be required in select restaurants or stores. Be sure to confirm ahead of time.

Applebee’s

To celebrate Veterans Day today, November 11th, Applebee’s will be offering veterans, active-duty military, reserves, and the National Guard a free meal of their choice from a select menu. Note that there’s a limit of one meal per person. Additionally, you will receive a $5 Bounce-Back card for your next to-go, delivery, or dine-in order (it must be used within three weeks).

Also, through November 10th, you can prebuy a veteran a $5 beer at any Applebee’s in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina. On Veterans Day, November 11th, they will gift the beer to a veteran or active-duty service member along with the usual free Veterans Day meal. If you take part in this offer, you will receive a coaster that you can write a personal note of thanks on.

Starbucks

On November 11th (Veteran’s Day) Starbucks is offering a free tall hot brewed coffee (12oz)! This offer is for veterans, military service members, and military spouses! Please keep in mind, that the offer is valid in-store only for those with proof of military service. The limit is one per customer, and add-ins are extra. See more Starbucks deals here!

Krispy Kreme

Krispy Kreme is offering a free doughnut and small coffee for veterans at participating U.S. retail locations! No purchase needed!

Pilot Flying J

To honor Veteran’s Day, Pilot Flying J is providing veterans and active service members with a complimentary meal at its stations. Available on November 11th at participating Pilot, Flying J, and One9 Fuel Network locations, this offer is redeemable through the myRewards PLus app with ID.me verification.

Dunkin

All active and retired military can get a free doughnut at Dunkin Donuts on November 11th! No ID is required to score the freebie but note that offer is valid in-store only.

Texas Roadhouse

On November 11th, all active, retired military or current military veterans, can dine in or receive a meal voucher at participating Texas Roadhouse locations. The offer is valid from 11 am to 2 pm with form of military ID. The vouchers are good for dine in or carry out at a later time.

White Castle

White Castle is celebrating Veterans Day by offering a free combo meal or a breakfast combo meal to all veterans and active duty service members. This offer is available on November 11th for those who dine in, and a military ID will be requested to claim this offer.

Red Lobster

On November 11th, Red Lobster is offering a free shrimps & chips meal to veterans, active-duty military, and reservists. Please note this offer is available for dine-in orders only and a valid military ID or proof of service is required to score this offer. Also, veterans also get 10% off every day.

Red Robin

To celebrate Veterans Day on November 11th, Red Robin is offering veterans and active military a free Big Tavern Burger with bottomless side (fries, Yulon chips, steamed broccoli, or salad). Please note that this offer is dine-in only.

Smashburger

Veterans and active military members can grab a free All-American Single or Double Burger at Smashburger! Note that this offer is valid in-stores only.
