Does Amazon typically do this with promo codes? They charged me 2 separate charges. 1 for correct price & other for the $31-$33 off. Do they credit the promo discount back to you later?
No, this is very uncommon. Usually the discount is applied and you check out regularly. It’s possible there was a glitch in their system. Hopefully they resolve it soon.
