If you purchased TreeHouse Foods frozen waffles between October 18th, 2024, and September 2nd, 2025, you may be eligible to receive a payment from a $4 million class action settlement. This settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit claiming that TreeHouse Foods failed to warn consumers about the risk of listeria contamination before recalling certain frozen waffles.

If you provide proof of purchase you can get a full refund, while those without proof of purchase may receive refund equal to the average retail price for up to two products per household.
