Hi there! The deal was tested and worked, there shouldn’t be any issues with using an insert coupon in a scenario like this. However, every store has a right to refuse any coupon, even when it doesn’t go against their policy. I recommend you try another Target store if possible and hopefully they won’t make a problem.
