Been here at the elmhurst target for 43 minutes and saw a small cart but nobody so not distributing anything. Augh… this is the third time target disappointed me.
Waited for 41 minute saw the booth but there is nobody here at L’Oréal at the Elmhurst location. Fake.
Its a 40 minute drive from me but I think my kids will have a blast 😂❤️
